Training Sessions 2
So on my second training day with my buddy EAS I stressed more cardio and endurance workout. Ran a full mile on an incline, then switched it up with about 125 crunches to 50 perfect pushups, then 50 other different type of pushups. Worked on the calves by going on my tippie toes 50 times and did about 9 perfect pullups. Then clenched my thirst with EAS with a balanced appetite of a footlong subway BMT with pepper jack cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and the finishing touch of everyone's favorite, salt and pepper. That is right may is gross and all those other garbage dressings.
