Back Again for the 5th time

Sorry Ladies and Gentlemen for my sporadic posts, but I have been too busy getting ripped out of my mind for this summer at the gym. Excuses may be weak by my biceps crushing steel are pretty formidable in real life. And more importantly crushing those softballs over the fence after the disappointing season of last year with 1 measly homer. How sad. But as a good present to all my fans I will follow up with an amazing post in a few seconds.
